How to Buy one of our adorable cocker pups 

1. Place a $125.00 deposit (non-refundable) to "hold"  the puppy.  We will mark the puppy as on "hold" on our website with your name (if desired).  We will then send a purchase contract that will need to be signed and mailed (snail mail) or faxed back to us.  Due to the popularity of our puppies, we can only "hold" the puppy 3 days unless we are paid in full. 

2. Once you've chosen the puppy you would like to buy  - contact us by email or by phone @ 715.234.1002.

3. Once we receive the signed purchase contract and the full payment for the puppy, we will mark the puppy "Sold".  (We will place the "Sold" by the puppy's picture - if desired)

4. Our puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration papers and a spay/neuter contract.

5. Cash is preferred, however we will take a cashiers check, or money order.

6. Don't forget.... if you ever need to place your puppy in a different home, we will gladly take him/her back and take care of him until we locate that new loving home!
7. A cocker puppy packet will be sent home with you that includes:
8. Medical records, including vaccinations and de-worming 
9. Sample of Pro Plan Puppy food
10. AKC registration papers 
11. Puppy information packet

    Thank you for deciding to buy one of our "babies". 

You can pick up your 8 week old puppy (this is the earliest we let them go to their new homes) at our place in Rice Lake Wisconsin.  We prefer you to pick them up instead of shipping them.  If you live too far away to drive here, we can meet you (*for an additional $75.00) at the Twin Cities airport, where you can bring your baby home as a "carry on".  Delivery is also available within 150 miles - at an additional cost.

We will give a list of "Pet friendly" hotels in the Twin Cities area, which are near the "Mall of America" in Bloomington MN if requested.
